I had talked to the dealership about upgrading to a new trike. I wanted to see the new 2024 blue color. Slidell had one and I planned to drive over that day to see it. I was there to help serve for their Saturday event. Later Billy said don't leave, I have a surprise for you. Jayme also said not to leave yet. Better tell Slidell to stay open for me... Then someone said their truck pulled up. My surprise was that they brought that trike to me. It was love at first sight after going outside to see it. That trike was mine before it came inside. A lot of folks had a hand in making this happen for me. I tried to tag all of them here. My fiance' recently passed away and I only wish he were here to see this beautiful trike and take another ride with me. Thanks to all of you for the great deal and personable service. Spencer,Dale and Bo all worked to get me done and I couldnt be more appreciative. Been an extremely rough past 3 years for me,didnt know if Id ever own a Harley again much less the one I got!!! Recently I brought my 2016 ultra in with a brake problem and oil service. Upon check in Jeff Parker explained all options to me. After leaving I received a text keeping me informed of the progress. When I returned to pick up my bike Jeff Lay went over everything with me. Both Jeffs were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. On the day that I brought in my bike for service, Jessie Manley helped my wife and I pick out anniversary gifts for each other. Jessie even managed to help me pick out a surprise gift for my wife. Every time I come into the dealership Jayme is always there. She always tells me about what is new in motor clothes and what is on sale. Jayme is also very helpful as out H.O.G. Manager. She keeps us updated on what is going on at the dealership and let us know how we can help out when needed. Jayme I a true customer service professional.
